Moisturizing and gentle multi-balm used to stabilize the lash cuticles. Recommended to restore weak, damaged, and over processed lashes.

USAGE DIRECTIONS

Apply a thin layer from the root of the eyelashes to the tip of the curl before partial softening or neutralization after the treatment of step 1.  Finish by applying partial softening agent or step 2 on top of the balm without wiping it off.
